The Assistant Manager Retail supports the Retail Manager in daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth business functioning. This role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and contributing to sales growth while maintaining store standards and policies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations to achieve sales targets
- Supervise and support retail staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support training and development of team members
- Maintain visual merchandising standards
- Prepare reports on sales performance and store activities
