Responsible for Construction monitoring and reporting to include progress measurement. Responsibilities include managing progress and schedule for assigned scope. Responsible for reviewing specification & shop drawing. Scheduling and supporting daily quality and required CoT inspections. Ensure projects scope, schedule and forecasts are developed, executed and tracked to meet project goals. Develop detailed project execution plan(s) to include development of project schedules within selected area of responsibility. Communicate project status to Project Management, Client, internal and external customers as appropriate or required. Responsible for all on-site safety and maintaining Samsung safety culture. Oversee the construction and delivery of the end product to the customer, inclusive of turnover and final occupancy. Review and recommend approval of bids, change orders, and close out of sub-contracts. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2 to 3 years Construction management experience preferred. Construction experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry, with strong results in meeting deadlines and cost requirements. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work-related experience preferred. Experience in Mechanical & Piping Construction preferred. Proficient Experience in BIM, MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point), Auto CAD, Naviswork. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing. Required Skills Entry level or relevant experiences less than 2-3 years. Well written and verbal communication skills. Experience of mechanical construction work of semi-conductor plant. Especially GCS Building.
