M365 Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a M365 Program Manager for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Kennesaw, GA/Jacksonville, FL(Hybrid) . Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in the financial services industry.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic Microsoft 365 (M365) initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This individual will be responsible for managing the overall M365 program, maintaining the integrated master project plan, driving execution across multiple workstreams, and providing executive-level reporting to leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise Microsoft 365 programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex project dependencies, and delivering large-scale technology initiatives. Experience supporting Adobe-related programs and AI initiatives such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or Generative AI is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the enterprise Microsoft 365 (M365) Program across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage the Master Integrated Project Plan, ensuring alignment across all M365 initiatives.
• Track program milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with business, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Prepare and deliver weekly executive leadership updates, dashboards, status reports, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Manage program governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management activities.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure program-level alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner with senior leadership to communicate program health, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Support enterprise technology initiatives involving Microsoft 365, Adobe platforms, and AI-enabled workplace solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience leading large enterprise technology programs.
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 (M365) programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects under a single program.
• Expertise in integrated program planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and leadership communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior executives.
• Experience with PMO governance, risk management, issue tracking, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing Adobe-related initiatives (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Sign, or Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience leading AI or Generative AI initiatives, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or enterprise AI adoption programs.
• Experience within large financial services or Fortune 500 organizations.
• Experience supporting enterprise digital workplace or end-user computing (EUC) programs.
