Application Packaging Engineer

Division: Infrastructure & Cloud Operations Your opportunity Be responsible for packaging applications to company standards and timeframes, inc. facilitating UAT Deliver software into the Production environment, in adherence with Information Security policies and Change Management best practices, to globally distributed clients and Citrix estates Provide third line application deployment support, inc. Service Desk coaching Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure a consistent, standardized global environment Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions, constantly seeking to enhance processes and the general environment Occasionally required to work out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends Carry out additional duties as assigned You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
