- Epic Cogito Certified- required
- Epic Caboodle Data Model Certified- required
- Epic Clarity Data Model Certified- required
- Epic Revenue Data Model Certified- required
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) – Preferred
- Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) – Preferred
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC)- Preferred
