Requirements :

• IL License
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty
• BLS
• ACLS

Other Details:

• 21 bed unit general medical observation unit, COPD, PNA, Infections, UTI
• Comfortable with Bi-Pap and high flow O2
• No locals, must have verifiable perm address at least 50 miles from facility
