If you thrive in dynamic environments and can stay calm under pressure, this role puts you in the driver's seat of innovation.What You'll DoAs a Driver, you will:Operate autonomous vehicles safely and in compliance with all traffic laws to support real-world testing and data collectionContinuously monitor vehicle systems and roadway conditions to ensure safe operation at all timesStay alert and ready to take control of the vehicle when necessary, especially in unexpected or high-risk situationsConduct pre- and post-drive vehicle inspections, ensuring all systems and safety equipment are fully operationalDocument observations and provide detailed reports to engineering and operations teamsCollaborate with engineers, riders, and internal stakeholders by sharing insights and feedback from the fieldMaintain focus and remain distraction-free while actively monitoring vehicle performance
