Job Description
A Swimming Pool Technician is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of swimming pools by conducting routine maintenance, testing water conditions, and cleaning pools. This role typically involves working closely with a small team and reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. The technician will regularly travel between different sites to ensure all pools meet health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on swimming pools to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Test and balance pool water chemistry regularly
- Clean and maintain pools
- Travel regularly between sites for maintenance tasks
- Collaborate effectively within a small maintenance team
- Report progress and issues to the Maintenance Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in swimming pool maintenance
- Will train the right person
- High school diploma or equivalent
