The Training Senior Manager is responsible for the management of programs / projects related to CS&S L&D (training content development and delivery of training to CS&S professionals), and for ensuring that the requirements of each program and associated projects are delivered, success is measured, and results are appropriately sustained. Responsibilities include the intake of new training requests, prioritization of workflow, and delivering effective and engaging learning experiences for CS&S professionals and leaders. As a Senior Manager - Training, you will have the opportunity to: Effectively communicate the Corporate vision and CS&S initiatives. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and continuous improvement of Learning and Development content, initiatives, and programs Motivate and inspire team members with regards to achievement of corporate, business, and personal goals. Create a collaborative and engaged team environment where best practice sharing is valued and encouraged. Identify gaps in business model, maintain a solution mindset and tenaciously breakdown barriers to positive business outcomes. Establishing processes and controls to ensure adherence supervisory procedures Clearly understand all aspects of businesses goals, policies, and procedures, working closely with internal team members, business partners and other stakeholders to ensure the solutions meet or exceed business objectives. What you have Required qualifications: Experience and expertise in learning analysis, design, and development of training while using the ADDIE framework to build training content and programs FINRA Series 7, 63 or 66, 9/10 or 24 licenses Experience leading people in CS&S 3+ years experience working on a Learning and Development team Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong facilitation skills Strong adaptability skills Proven experience evaluating programs and data analysis by managing several tasks simultaneously Solid mentoring background, employee development skills, understanding of teaching processes, coaching processes, and varying adult learning styles Strong knowledge of the securities industry and investment vehicles Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently on a variety of tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills Excellent analytical abilities as demonstrated by gathering, analyzing, and delivering information in both verbal and written formats Strong partnership skills to work effectively with colleagues and business partners’ cross-site in a fast-paced, results oriented culture In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
