Position Summary Blackbird Health is looking for a Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Frederick, Maryland . W‑2 Employee - Part-Time (20 hours/week) Commitment: 20 hours per week total: 17 hours of direct therapy per week & 3 non‑clinical hours Schedule: Flexible within business needs, emphasizing after 4pm weekdays and weekends Compensation & Benefits Total Earning Potential: Up to $100,000+ annually This role offers a rare combination of income stability and growth potential— a guaranteed base salary with the flexibility to increase your earnings based on your availability and interest.
