Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU, under physician guidance.
- Monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications, and manage life-support interventions as needed.
- Operate and troubleshoot ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion devices) and respond promptly to patient changes.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and modify individualized care plans.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Educate patients and families, ensure safety and infection control procedures, and coordinate with ancillary services.

Requirements
- Active RN license (California or eligible per state requirements)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ICU nursing experience in a high-acuity setting
- Ability to work day shifts in an ICU environment
- Start date: 06/29/2026
