MAIN FUNCTION: Draws patient blood samples both venous and capillary and to do a limited number of basic laboratory tests.

EDUCATION: Phlebotomy certification is required

EXPERIENCE: Three months experience in phlebotomy

High School or better.

Three months experience in phlebotomy.

Phlebotomy Certification.
