Responsibilities: This position is responsible for effectively maintaining production and facilities equipment throughout the Plant while ensuring that equipment operates at design efficiency and throughput. Experience in hands on mechanical work. Machining experience using vertical mills, lathes, and surface grinders. Basic understanding of systems, print reading, layout, bearing failure and mechanical drives. Ensures shop, equipment and tools are safe to use. Ensures tools and equipment are maintained, in good working order and secured. Must be able to be on-call and work overtime as needed. Requirements: Knowledge of mechanical systems. 3 – 5 years practical experience in a related field. High school diploma or GED Newly hired external candidates for eligible Hourly Maintenance Mechanic positions may be eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid out in 2 installments:

• 1,000 after successful completion of 90 days of employment
• 1,000 after 180 days of continuous employment

Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing on the applicable payout date.
