Job Description
- Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Inspect malfunctioning appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens) and structural systems to identify the root cause of failure.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Disassemble, repair, and reassemble units. This includes replacing defective parts, tightening connections, and lubricating moving components.
- Customer Service: Communicate repair options and provide transparent cost estimates to clients. Instruct customers on proper appliance operation and care.
- Administrative Duties: Order necessary replacement parts.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety standards and codes, especially when working with residential customers.
