Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Baytown TX.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Location: 1618 W Baker Rd, Baytown TX 77521

Contract Length: 3 months Pay Range: 19 - 22.68

Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Performs blood collection by venipuncture and capillary technique from patients of all age groups
• Performs specimen processing and EKG in a safe, accurate, and professional manner
• Performs order entry; retrieves and verifies patient collection data and patient special notations using appropriate sources

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections. Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections
