Production Worker - Brick Oven Bakery, Bangor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our Brick Oven Bakery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping prepare, package, and organize bakery products safely and efficiently. This position plays an important role in supporting daily bakery operations and ensuring fresh, high-quality products are ready for our customers.
What You'll Do

• Accurately measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production needs.
• Assist with preparing doughs, batters, breads, and other bakery products.
• Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other production tools safely and properly.
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
• Package bakery products for delivery, display, or sale.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, counted, and organized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Assist with inventory by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when items are running low.
• Work closely with bakery team members to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with other bakery production tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous food production, bakery, packaging, or kitchen experience is helpful, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
