Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience that reflects brand expectations and supports store goals. This entry-level retail role engages clients, supports store initiatives, and serves as a pathway to future leadership opportunities. Brand Ambassadors work collaboratively to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and strengthen customer connections across channels. Responsibilities Deliver sales and profit performance by using tools and resources to drive selling. Support execution of company and store initiatives and participate in team training. Engage clients through in-store outreach, community events, and networking to broaden the customer base. Support omnichannel and alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home. Maintain sales floor execution and uphold store standards at all times. Provide feedback to management on opportunities, category needs, and talent sourcing. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred. Strong customer communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members. Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required.
