$40,000 yearly + bonus
Responsibilities:What you’ll do :
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and mentor agents; set attainable goals and metrics
- Set performance goals and hold the team accountable to KPIs
- Improve scripts and oversee competitor/market research
What you bring (must-haves):
Proven sales track record as an individual contributor; 1+ year of manager/team lead experience preferred
Strong coaching, communication, and people-management skills
Active Texas real estate license
Real estate team leadership experience is a plus
Nice-to-haves:
Experience scaling real estate teams
What success looks like at 6 months:
Team production growth, improved agent retention, measurable KPI improvements
