The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional designer to join our team in San Francisco. This is a unique opportunity to join us at an early stage and play a crucial role in shaping Ivo's product, user experience, and overall design strategy. You'll work closely with the leadership, marketing and engineering to create intuitive, user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. Ideally, you should be comfortable with both product design and other design work, from branding to marketing collateral.

What You'll Do

• Lead the entire design and creative process
• Work directly with our founding team to define user interactions.
• Collaborate with our founders to define product strategy and roadmap priorities through a design lens.
• Own all aspects of design, including web, marketing, brand, and product
• Optimize for speed, usability, and accessibility.
• Work in fast, iterative cycles — we maintain no backlog.
• Translate our core principles into product:
• Cycle time is key. You ship quickly and iterate.
• Quality matters. Your work stands on its own.
• No backlogs. Build what's needed, when it's needed.
• FITFO. You figure things out independently.
• Ownership mindset. You think and act like an owner.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in product design.
• You possess demonstrated experience as a 0-1 product designer, focused on designing exceptional products that ship quickly.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design and prototyping tools

• Is this a chill gig?: Startups are very hard, especially if they're growing fast. You'll have a ton of responsibility, and there's always an enormous amount of stuff to do. It's hard work but the payoff is uncapped.
• Can I work remotely?: We require candidates to work with us in-person 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
