Family Nurse Practitioner for Integrated Substance Use Care
SERENITY LIGHT OF TEXAS LLC
Serenity Light of Texas LLC seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to oversee medical management for clients with substance use and co-occurring conditions in Angleton, TX. The NP will collaborate with supervising physician staff to develop patient-specific treatment plans and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
The role is primarily in-person with potential virtual visits, requires TX NP licensure, DEA X waiver, and BLS, and includes on-call responsibilities with a contract/1099 arrangement.
