Our client is expanding and needs a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate revenue growth across law firms, insurance companies, corporations, and government agencies. T

What You'll Be Doing
• Identify and close new business through cold calling, email outreach, meetings, and networking.
• Build long-term client relationships in a consultative B2B sales environment.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
• Deliver structured sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Track and manage a full sales pipeline to consistently hit KPI's and targets.
• Stay current on legal industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

What We're Looking For

Required
  • 2+ Years of B2B sales experience (outside sales strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to close deals and manage client relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience selling into the legal industry
  • Existing professional services or corporate client network.
Compensation & Benefits
  • On-Target Earning (1st year): $100,000 - $120,000+
  • Commissions: Monthly, Uncapped
