Client Relationship Associate

A respected regional financial institution is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join its commercial banking team in Buckhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-focused professional who enjoys meeting new people, building trust, and helping businesses succeed.

Working alongside an experienced commercial banker, you'll develop relationships with business owners and professional referral partners—including attorneys, CPAs, physicians, wealth advisors, and other professionals throughout the Atlanta community. You'll gain valuable exposure to commercial banking while building a long-term career with a collaborative, community-focused organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business clients and referral partners.
• Attend client meetings and assist with ongoing relationship management.
• Represent the bank at networking events, industry associations, and community organizations.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support new business development efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Assist with client presentations, proposals, and relationship planning.
• Learn the commercial banking process and develop into a trusted advisor for business clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing, relationship management, business development, account management, or consultative sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility quickly.
• Professional presence and confidence interacting with business owners and other professionals.
• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to build a long-term career.
• Previous experience in banking or financial services is helpful but not required.
