RequiredMust provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. RequiredLicenses & CertificationsCurrent RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. RequiredBasic Life Support/CPR Certification. RequiredRN must obtain the following certifications within 6 months of employment: ACLS (maintain), PALS (maintain) and CPI. RN must also obtain and maintain the following certifications within 18 months of employment: ENPC, TNCC and ECRN. RequiredSpecialty certification in area of concentration.
