Senior Employee Benefits Consultant

Remote job opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant who possesses the expertise to work on complex, self-funded large corporate benefits accounts. As the lead point of contact throughout the year, you work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of benefits plans. Set long-term strategies with clients, making recommendations on plan design and administration to meet their business and financial needs. Lead the renewal process and closely partner with underwriters to develop creative strategies for group medical and ancillary benefits programs. Address critical customer issues and help the account management team throughout the year provide consistent, high-quality service. Seek out additional revenue opportunities with clients and referrals. EXPERIENCE Requires extensive large group health and welfare service, marketing, and direct consulting expertise Deep self-funded technical expertise with group benefits plans for accounts over 1,000 lives as well as market and regulatory trends. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capstone Search Group
