Night Shift Manufacturing Operator: Process Expert Growth

Shift: 5:45p-6a Starting Pay Rate: $22.05 Job Description Must have high-level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and be willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched. Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals in the most efficient way possible. Act as the first point of contact when problems arise; if issues cannot be solved, elevate to the Production Supervisor. Ensure operators perform tasks in accordance with SOPs. Lead applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs. Stress safety at all times. Ensure work areas are clean and well-organized. Train operators where needed.
