Pay Rate: $ 1,900 To $ 2,161 Per week

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient for a 13-week contract in Buckeye, Arizona. The PT will provide rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting and must have prior experience working within an outpatient physical therapy environment.

Candidates may begin the assignment using an eligible compact privilege but must obtain permanent state licensure promptly after starting. Candidates must also provide proof of the required license application within five business days of booking when applicable.

• Evaluate patients and provide individualized physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.

• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and functional rehabilitation goals.

• Complete required clinical documentation and related outpatient therapy responsibilities throughout the assignment.

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Setting Experience Required; Less Than 1 Year of Experience Accepted Per Requisition.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License or Eligible Compact Privilege Required to Begin the Assignment.

• Permanent State Physical Therapist Licensure Must Be Obtained Promptly When Starting Under Compact Privilege.

• Proof of Required License Application Must Be Provided Within 5 Business Days of Booking When Applicable.

• Ability to Work Day Shifts and Maintain the Required 40-Hour Weekly Schedule Required.
