About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Revenue Operations to spearhead the scaling and leadership of its global Revenue Operations function. This senior, hands-on role is pivotal in building the necessary systems, data foundations, and operating discipline to support a large, global go-to-market organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a distributed Revenue Operations team, establishing global operating rhythms, and fostering a high-performing, coaching-focused culture. Key responsibilities include partnering with executive and GTM leaders, owning global forecasting, GTM planning, and performance reporting, as well as optimizing the revenue funnel and sales motions. The role also involves leading M&A integration, supporting business transformation, and driving alignment across various commercial functions. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in scaling and supporting a global GTM function, with a strong background in SaaS or technology businesses. Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM optimization and data hygiene, is mandatory. The role requires deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial modeling, as well as advanced Excel skills. The VP will be expected to have a data-driven, commercially astute leadership style, capable of moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution. Experience in M&A integration, designing commercial frameworks, and a strong partnership background across sales, marketing, partnerships, account management, and finance are essential.
