We are looking for Physical Therapists to join our team in Wichita and surrounding areas! We are looking for a PT who would be interested in becoming our Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator! The Regional Clinical Excellence coordinator (RCEC) must have a board level certification (OCS, SCS, GCS, etc) and be passionate about mentoring other clinicians to deliver high quality, evidence based physical therapy. This role is designed to focus on quality measures including ensuring optimal patient outcomes, mentoring and guiding new graduate clinicians, and assisting the Regional Vice President with clinical operations in the region. The RCEC continues to see patients in their local clinic but also spends up to 8 hours per week assisting other clinicians and the RVP. Some travel to other KS based clinics is also required.
