Process Assistant

Job Overview We are looking for Process Assistants to support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our fulfillment centers. The role involves production duties such as picking, packing, receiving, stowing, and unloading. Lead Process Assistants will also communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain a safe work area. Responsibilities • Perform pick/pack orders, receive/stow product, ensure inventory accuracy, and unload/load trucks. • Assist with additional production duties as needed. • If in a lead role, communicate instructions, motivate teammates, and maintain a safe work area. Basic Qualifications At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office products. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk up to 12 hours, and perform frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
