Responsible for preparing meals for patients on both regular and modified diets. Also, food items for the cafeteria. Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all foods prepared and returned. Ensuring MD Dept of Health standards are followed, along with strict safety standards under Johns Hopkins expectations. Experience HS diploma, or equivalent, required Culinary training (graduate of a culinary or technical school) preferred 1 year related experience required Experience cooking in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred Or, experience cooking in an institutional setting Hours / Other Information Full-time (40 hrs per week) Evening Shift Weekend & holiday work required Salary Range: Minimum 18.57/hour - Maximum 30.64/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
