We opened Kokoro in 1986 with the belief in cooking and serving our food from the heart. As a family-owned Japanese food and sushi restaurant, our focus is on serving the best quality food in an efficient and inexpensive way. Since our opening, we've established a second location in Arvada, where we continue to serve the same great food our customers love every day. To show our appreciation for all that they do, we offer great perks and a supportive work environment to help our employees thrive.

We provide our full-time employees with excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as 1 to 3 weeks of paid vacation time, depending on employment length. Our hospitality team also enjoys a 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), an employee discount, a referral program, and flexible schedules.
