• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and grooming residents as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, including maintaining infection control and implementing fall prevention measures

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their overall well-being and quality of life
