OC Sports & Rehab, a busy physical therapy practice in San Clemente, is seeking a full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in keeping our office running smoothly.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay : $21-$25 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Schedule patient appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Obtain treatment authorizations
- Answer and route phone calls
- Perform accurate data entry
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of front desk experience in a medical office setting (physical therapy or chiropractic experience strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Comfortable working under the direction of the Office Manager
