About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years CVOR experience required License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state required Certifications: PALS, BLS, and ACLS required Must-Have: CVOR experience required; BSN highly desired; Cerner experience required Description: Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of patient-centered care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Demonstrates service excellence at all times. Typical surgeries include cardiac, thoracic, or vascular surgeries such as Coronary Artery Bypass Grafts, valve replacement, Carotid Endarterectomy, and Aortic Abdominal Aneurysm repair. Will consider an OR nurse with 1 year of experience both scrubbing and circulating.
