About us
We are integrated medical office practicing alternative and traditional/allopathic medicine.
Our facility specializes in long term care and correction of chronic conditions. We aim to help as many patients in our community as possible. We specialize in regenerative injections guided with ultrasound and we utilize the newest Human Cell Tissue Products (HCTP) and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). All of which are used to heal and repair the soft tissues in all joints of the body but more specifically the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, feet, and ankles. We also specialize in aesthetics such as botox, filler, micro needling, body contouring, and weight loss. Our main areas of focus are chronic musculoskeletal conditions, knee and shoulder pain, neuropathy conditions, weight loss and weight management, and long term rehab services for chronic conditions. We utilize all of the latest procedures and equipment to assure we stay ahead of the game and provide the most effective treatments available on the market. Ultrasound Guided injections of all kinds, Class 4 robotic laser, spinal decompression, knee decompression, and two different forms of body contouring. low level light therapy are just a few of the methods we utilize to ensure our patients experience the best outcomes possible.
PRIMARY PURPOSE
To conduct initial and follow-up consultations with new patients to determine their main area of complaint and the reason they are wanting to seek care from us. Ultimately to convey why our services are best suited for a patient's specific needs/wants and how they can and should move forward with our care recommendations.

REPORTS TO:
Office Manager and Dr. Casey
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct initial consultations for new patients
- Conduct the report of findings for the patient's second/follow up visit in conjunction with our medical providers
- Conduct occasional offsite seminars for our various healthcare offerings such as neuropathy or knee pain
- Open and close office daily according to Company guidelines (with OM)
- Answer phones, reach out to marketing leads, take messages, check voice mail and return any phone calls promptly
- Schedule and obtain personal information (using Platinum EHR) for all new patients
- Greet patients and check them in according to Company procedures
- Follow patient intake procedure for new patients (obtain health insurance information, have patient fill out and sign all necessary forms)
- Create new patient charts and files
- Enter charges and record payments
- Re-call patients who miss appointments and/or are not currently scheduled to follow up with them and try to reschedule
- Maintain precise schedule book by scheduling new and existing patients according to Company guidelines
- Send out monthly reminder postcards to inactive patients, birthday postcards to all patients, and thank-you cards to people who refer new patients
- Attend occasional (1 annual or biannual) professional development seminars (coordinated by the Company), and engage in other professional development activities as able
- Assist other team members with projects and daily duties when asked, and when time permits
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
· Accuracy of schedule: Stats=(% of kept appointments) & (prescheduled visits)
· Accuracy of patient records (hard copies and in computer system)
· Timeliness and thoroughness of tasks required
· Administrative efficiency
· Accuracy of charge and payment entry
· Patient satisfaction
· Attendance and punctuality record
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
· 2 years experience in customer service and/or office administration, preferably in the health care field.
. Sales/communication experience is preferable
· Customer service skills.
· Professional appearance.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Team player with a positive attitude.

Education:
- High school diploma
Experience:
- healthcare/hospitality/sales/communication: 2 years (Preferred)
