This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales Representative role based in the Minneapolis area. The Sales Representative (Project Manager) is responsible for identifying client needs, building and maintaining strong business relationships, and promoting Trillium Construction’s staffing services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new business opportunities, following up on leads, managing and growing existing accounts, and negotiating service agreements. This role works closely with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction while consistently achieving sales goals.
