Job Summary and Responsibilities In our National Nurse Residency Program, you will function as a direct clinical care RN Resident nurse, developing essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors as you transition into practice. You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. (February 2027 Cohort) Every day you will integrate our mission, vision, and values, prioritizing patient-centered care, taking ownership, and collaborating effectively with your team. You will actively engage in clinical performance improvement and ensure patient safety. Through our National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP), newly licensed RNs are welcomed into a 12-month, evidence-based experience designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your skills, and feel truly prepared from day one.
