Marketing Director

Marketing ManagerResponsible for the brand and marketing efforts. Manage the marketing staff and set branding strategies designed to maximize exposure and brand equity to endemic and non-endemic audiences while maintaining brand consistency that are in line with the corporate strategy.Position Responsibilities:Possess demonstrable skills in both traditional and digital tacticsResponsible for building relationships with influencers (i.e. media, athletes, industry personalities, internal and external customers, etc.), the nurturing of marketing programs to maximize effectiveness, representing the company in the field, and the direction of inspiring and educational content across all mediums.Brand AmbassadorManaging direct staff of marketing managers and partnering with Creative Services and PromotionsOwns the oversight of the marketing activities calendarAssist marketing managers in the development of marketing programs that meet company objectivesManaging outside vendors and negotiating contractsAthlete promotion and managementContent development (i.e. PR, editorial, digital, product descriptions, etc.)Maximizing brand visibility and sales at eventsMaintaining brand consistency while tailoring messaging to specific marketsBudget creation and management experiencesVendor management experienceSpecific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong project management and organizational skillsPosition Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience:7+ years of experience managing a marketing function preferredAn interest in powered on and off-road sports is highly desirableWork Environment and Physical Requirements:Office EnvironmentAbility to sit for long periods of timeVision abilities required to validate and enter data on computerDisclaimer: This list does not represent all physical demands.
