Senior Human Resources Specialist

Must-Haves:

• 6+ years of experience in Employee Relations, HR, or related field
• Strong experience managing workplace investigations, accommodations, and corrective actions
• Experience supporting multiple regions (U.S., Canada, Mexico required)
• Ability to handle sensitive/high-risk employee relations matters (terminations, escalations)
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance across multiple regions
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and case data to identify trends and risks
• Proven ability to partner with Legal, HR leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills

Plusses:

• Experience supporting additional Latin America (LACA) regions
• Portuguese language skills
• Experience leading global HR or process improvement initiatives
• Background in global/shared services HR environments

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior People Relations Partner – HR for a leading global financial services organization. This candidate will serve as a key partner in managing employee relations across North America and LATAM, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws while aligning with global HR strategies. They will lead complex investigations, provide guidance on sensitive workplace matters, and work closely with leadership and legal teams to foster a positive and compliant work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global setting and is passionate about driving consistency, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.

$45.00/hr to $50.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
