Retirement Education Specialist

Responsibilities Provide onsite education and motivational seminars on a wide range of financial topics to retirement plan participants and prospective participants. Customize PowerPoint presentations to reflect specific plan design and plan features. Maintain industry knowledge through continuing education programs required by FINRA licenses to deliver compliant onsite presentations. Maintain an onsite training measurement system to track program effectiveness for plan sponsors and internal Voya groups. Ensure presentation topics and speaking points remain compliant with industry standards and approved sales/advertising practices. Book travel through corporate‑approved vendors and perform other duties as assigned. Travel within the region up to 90% of the time. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4–6 years of financial industry experience FINRA licensed (Series 6 or 7 & 63 required) Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent public speaking skills Familiarity with 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans preferred Life license preferred or ability to obtain within 60 days Bilingual Spanish preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
