The Student Pastor will report directly to the Senior Pastor and serve as a meaningful voice in the church's broader vision for discipleship, evangelism, and generational investment. This is a chance to step into a healthy, forward-moving church and build something that could shape a generation.### Requirements* Someone with a clear, specific calling to student ministry, not just youth work in general, but a conviction that the local church is where God is asking them to invest long-term.* A natural leader who can cast vision, bring people along, and make meaningful change without leaving others in the wake. Someone wired to lead people well, not just manage a program.* Deeply relational with a high-touch heart who genuinely cares about individual students, including those far from faith, and feels the tension between personal connection and the scalability that ministry growth requires.* Spiritually grounded and emotionally mature. After Hurricane Michael damaged much of the campus in 2018, they've emerged stronger and more unified than ever, recently completing their beautiful new Worship Center that signals both the end of a rebuilding season and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Located in Panama City, Florida, the church draws people from diverse backgrounds, including military families from nearby Tyndall Air Force Base, long-time locals, and new residents. They're known in their community for The Center of Hope (a free medical clinic, food and clothing ministry, and pregnancy care center), their strong missions commitment, and for growth.
