Your daily role

• Process weekly payroll, reconcile timecards, and track employee attendance to ensure accurate and timely pay.
• Maintain payroll, personnel, I-9, and HRIS records while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support employee benefits administration, including leave management, workers' compensation, and health and welfare programs.
• Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, recruitment activities, and employee training initiatives.
• Serve as the primary HR and office support resource, assisting employees, visitors, and employee relations activities.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of Human Resources and/or payroll experience required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, employee records management, and federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping/payroll software.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to support business needs, including occasional weekends and off-shift hours.
• Pay rate between $23 - $26
