Our organization is reimagining how claims are managed by leveraging technology to automate routine work, enhance operational decision-making, and create scalable solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.About the RoleDoorDash is seeking a Manager, Insurance Claims Operations to help lead the next generation of claims operations.This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives that improve operational performance, implement AI-enabled solutions, modernize workflows, and support the continued evolution of our global claims organization. Working closely with cross-functional partners across Engineering, Product, Legal, Data Science, Actuarial, Quality Assurance and many others.
