Job Description

• Assist in preparing quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for bids and proposals
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor quotes
• Support the development of bid packages and procurement strategies
• Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to develop pricing
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed
• Maintain and update historical cost data and subcontractor databases
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
• Use estimating software and tools such as Excel and Procore

The Successful Applicant

• 1-3 years of experience in estimating or construction (internships included)
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with reading construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Procore or estimating software is a plus
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a team
