Nurse - RN/LPN

We are seeking compassionate Staff Nurses (LPN/RN) to join a dynamic team providing evidence-based addiction treatment. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive nursing services, including medical and psychiatric assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, and crisis intervention. You will collaborate with physicians and contribute to developing personalized treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining patient confidentiality. Key responsibilities include transcribing physician orders, managing medication and detox protocols, providing shift reports, and assisting in emergency situations. You will also participate in ongoing training and adhere to healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Ideal candidates possess a valid nursing license in Iowa, at least one year of experience in a psychiatric or detox setting, knowledge of HIPAA and infection control, and proficiency with electronic health records. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential.
