SRM Concrete is seeking a hands-on Shop Manager / Diesel Mechanic to lead a shop team and oversee maintenance on our diesel-powered trucks, mixers, and heavy equipment. You will mentor staff, ensure safety, and keep our fleet delivery-ready through proactive repairs and reliable record-keeping. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, apply updates to diesel systems, and coordinate with operations to minimize downtime.
