Schedule: Part-Time | Day Shift | Every Other Weekend

Pay: $35.00–$50.00 per hour DOE + $1.00/hour Weekend Differential

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.00–$50.00 per hour based on experience.

• Additional $1.00 per hour weekend differential.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and support during the day shift.

• Perform resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.

• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring safe medication practices.

• Develop and oversee individualized service plans and nursing interventions.

• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Mentor caregivers and provide clinical support, coaching, and education.

• Participate in admissions, care conferences, and resident reviews.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, documentation standards, and community policies.

• Help create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.

• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities and support clinical decision-making after hours.

What We're Looking For

• Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, home health, skilled nursing, or related healthcare settings preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Confidence making independent decisions and responding to changing resident needs.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Leadership mindset with a willingness to support, coach, and guide team members.

• Passion for caring for older adults and improving quality of life.
