TEMP Conversion: MHE2, General Forklift - BHD

divh2MHE2/h2pPick or put-away boxes from cages into racks (VNA)/ppLoad, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using powered industrial equipment./ppMaintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion./ppOn a daily basis, inspect assigned equipment./ppOperate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards./ppUnload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations./ppEfficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas./ppPull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are loaded and shipped./ppEfficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into rail cars, trailers, or containers./ppEnsure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage./ppReport quality variances./ppKeep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained./ppAssist in physical inventories./ppEnsure proper stock rotation./ppFollow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely./ppCoordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service, Transportation and Maintenance./ppPerform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process./ppConduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that cant be self-corrected to the leadership team./ppFollow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed./ppObserve all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate./ppOther duties as assigned./ppSchedule BHD: WED-SAT - Day shift/pp7:00 AM to 5:30 PM/ppSalary/pp$18.50 per hour/ppShift differential $1.50 per hour/ppBenefits/ppMedical, Dental, Vision (Options available)/pp401K with matching program/ppSTD, LTD/ppVacation and sick time/ppFriendly and Open Door culture/ppHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./ppMust be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments./ppMust be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.)./ppMust be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies./p/div
