Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a passion for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Long-Term Acute Care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in an LTACH or ARU setting
• Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
