Die PluginEnergy GmbH ist ein junges Start-Up im Bereich Photovoltaik Systeme und hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt JEDEM Menschen die Möglichkeit zu geben seinen eigenen Ökostrom herstellen zu können. Wir entwickeln und vertreiben innovative Energielösung für den Balkon, Garten oder die Terrasse und schaffen dadurch Möglichkeiten der Ökostromerzeugung in einem breit gefächerten Bereich.

Sie begeistern sich für Erneuerbare Energien und den Bereich E-Commerce? Dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich E-Commerce Support!

> bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche / Home Office / Remote

> Dauer: mind. 6 Monate

> Arbeitsbeginn: Ab sofort

Sie unterstützen uns als Werkstudent Kundensupport im Tagesgeschäft und bei allen laufenden Projekten in gesamt Europa.

> Technischer Kundensupport per E-Mail / Telefon

> Verkaufs- & Produktberatung für Endkundenanfragen

> Reklamationsmanagement

> Regelmässiges Audit und Optimierung der bestehenden Inhouse-Prozesse

> Mitarbeit an neuen innovativen Projekten

Du arbeitest flexibel von Zuhause und stehst im regelmässigen Austausch mit deinen Kollegen und der Geschäftsführung.

Qualifikation

Du absolvierst derzeit ein Studium der Energietechnik, Umweltschutztechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Technische Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
Der Bereich rund um erneuerbare Energien begeistert dich und du interagierst gerne mit Menschen
Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich der Photovoltaik sammeln können oder begeisterst dich dafür
Dein Transferdenken und der Blick über den Tellerrand zeichnen dich aus
Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbständig und sorgfältig
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein muss
